How do I register? |

| You may register by simply clicking on “my account”.” Once you have opened up this page you will be provided with easy to follow instructions on first time registration, logging in, or changing your profile information. You will receive an email confirming your registration with ShopToken.com along with the user name and password we have on file. If you already have items in your cart and you are ready to complete your order, simply click on “checkout,” and this will also bring you directly to the registration page.

I am having trouble logging in. What should I do? |

| Usually when customers have trouble logging in it due to few different factors:

| 1.Are you using the correct user name? Some people forget the email address they provided to ShopToken orthey use the incorrect email address. If this is the case please attempt to use various email addresses. If none of them work we recommend you sign up for another account.

| 2.Is your password correct? Sometimes people have the incorrect password or forgot their password. If this is the case please follow instructions for “forgot your password.” The screen will prompt you to type in the email address you provided us upon registration. We will send you an email to the address we have on file with the correct password. The best way to avoid this problem is to keep the email you receive after you have registered with us, because your password is included on it.

How do I change my password? |

| Once you are logged into your account profile scroll down towards the bottom of the page. You will see the phrase “change password.” Click on the link and type in your new password. Please remember that the password is case sensitive. After you are finished with the changes click on “save profile.”

Will you be getting any more in? |

| Unfortunately, it is very hard for us to predict what out of stock items we will be receiving more of. Once an item is low ShopToken.com contacts the vendor to see if anymore merchandise is available. Depending on what stock the vendor has available, if any, will determine if we are able to reorder the item. Please keep in mind ShopToken.com is a popular online site, and often times high-demand merchandise sells out fairly quickly. If you do see an item is sold out check back often. There may be a chance that we either received more merchandise or that someone returned an item due to it not fitting.

| At ShopToken.com we pride ourselves in making the buying experience as pleasant and easy as possible. When you are ready to purchase an item all you need to do is click on the “Add to Cart” icon. You will than be taken to a page which displays the item you chose, the color, the size, quantity, and cost. Once on this page you may make any adjustments necessary (add, remove, increase quantity). After you have made the specific changes click on the “recalculate” button. If that is all you want than proceed to checkout. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will need to click on “register” to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. Once you have created an account or signed in to an existing one, follow the steps for completing your checkout. After your transaction is completed you will be emailed a confirmation number and instructions on how to track your package. |

I put something in my shopping cart and not it's gone. What happened to it? |

| Our shopping carts only hold items for 4 hours after being put into the cart. After 4 hours we put the items back onto our virtual shelves in order to give other customers the opportunity to view these goods and make purchases. This means that you may return to ShopToken.com and notice there are no items in your cart. Since our merchandise tends to go fast your best bet is to buy them within the 4-hour hold.

| This situation is kind of a sticky area in the world of alternative buying (not face-to-face), which includes online, telephone orders, and catalog. There is a possibility of changing your order if the status of your order is “order pending.” To view your order status please sign into your “account profile.” Once in your account profile go to “view history.” If the order is pending you may make an adjustment. The term change only applies to change of color, size, or cancellation. You must email our customer service department atcustomerservice@shoptoken.com , in order to receive a confirmation number that your order has been altered. Please do this as soon as possible as we would like to accommodate you in the best way possible. If the order already states it is shipped we can do nothing at this time. You may return the item(s) upon being received.

| All you need to do is simply email customer service with the legit code, and we will credit your account the value of the discount. Keep in mind that we apply the discount before taxes and shipping charges are calculated into the total. Once you enter the promotional code the coupon will be deactivated and cannot be used again.

Do you charge sales tax? |
| |
| No there is no sales tax charged. The only exception is on accessories, and sales tax is charged only to states where ShopToken.com has a physical presence. Currently this is only Minnesota and possibly a future Colorado location. If we do have a future location in Colorado we would charge sales tax to Colorado residents for clothing and accessories.

When will my credit card be charged? |

| Once you have accepted the terms and submitted your order you will receive a confirmation via email. This confirmation will verify your purchase and provide you with a confirmation number. After you receive the confirmation email your credit card will be charged. If for some reason we need more information an email will also be sent to you explaining the query. If we do not receive a response to our query or your mind has changed your credit card will be credited back the correct amount. If the payment method is not accepted by your bank you will also receive an email with an explanation of the reason why.

How long will my order take to arrive at my location? |

We do our best to ship merchandise out of our location as quick as possible. The average time for your merchandise to leave our location is 1-2 business days. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM CST will begin processing on the following Monday. ShopToken.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. We use UPS and USPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

| You have up to two weeks from the date your item is delivered to return the merchandise and receive credit back on your account. We will provide a full refund for your items as long as the tags are intact, the merchandise is not stained, worn, and is in resellable condition. We are sorry for the inconvenience but clearance items, last chance items, personalized items, or jewelry is not returnable nor is intimates or swimsuits (due to health reasons). If you make a return after the two-week but before the return time limit of the thirty day time frame you will be given an online credit to be used for future purchases at ShopToken.com. All you need to is email customerservice@shoptoken.com or call 1-800-376-0460. If possible pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package. How long does it take to refund me once I have returned an item? |
| |
| Please allow 2 business days upon time of items received in order to process the return and issue a refund. We will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are in resellable condition with tags intact and no damage done to the product. After this has occurred you will receive an email confirmation stating that a refund has been issued. The email will be sent to the same address as the order confirmation email. After this has occurred please allow another 5-10 days for your bank, which keep in mind we have no control over, to credit your account.

What happens if I receive a faulty item or some of my items are missing? |
| |
Every once and awhile this does happen and we apologize greatly for the inconvenience. Just email our customer service department with the order number and item missing or faulty item. If there is a faulty item please return as soon as possible with the carrier UPS Ground or USPS. In the returned package please include the receipt for the return shipment cost along with what kind of action you would like to be taken next (exchange or refund). We will than completely refund shipment charges and the cost of the item. If you would like an exchange for the exact same item we will also pay for that shipping.
If there is an item missing we will investigate the reasoning and proceed to email you the item free of charge. Again, we would like to apologize for these rare occasions.
