Return Policy

You have up to two weeks from the date your item is delivered to return the merchandise and receive credit back on your account. We will provide a full refund for your items as long as the tags are intact, the merchandise is not stained, worn, and is in resellable condition. We are sorry for the inconvenience but clearance items, last chance items, personalized items, or jewelry is not returnable nor is intimates or swimsuits (due to health reasons). If you make a return after the two-week but before the return time limit of the thirty day time frame you will be given an online credit to be used for future purchases at ShopToken.com.

Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. You will need to receive a Return Authorization Number from customer service. All you need to is email customerservice@shoptoken.com or call 1-800-376-0460. If possible pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package. Include the completed form with your return/exchange, and send to the below address. We recommend that you insure the return packages to ShopToken.com. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
